WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME WHEN MY PACKAGE IS DELIVERED?
Your signature is typically required by the delivery service as evidence of delivery. In order to arrange a different delivery time if you are not home, the driver will either leave a note or make an attempt to call you. Or you might need to contact the business directly to make this arrangement. Your package will be returned to the pharmacy after a few days if you don’t get in touch with them. For resending the order, courier services might charge an additional shipping fee.
WHEN SHOULD I ANTICIPATE MY ORDER?
Orders that have been placed and paid for are delivered the same day to one of our affiliated physicians. The doctor will work to review your order as soon as possible after receiving your request. A prescription is immediately issued and sent to a partner pharmacy for dispensing and dispatch if it is approved. Your order will be shipped one to three business days after your payment has been received.

All orders are discretely shipped from Europe in discrete packaging. Although it is not required, the courier typically requests a signature upon delivery to verify receipt. To protect your privacy, your order will be packaged in neutral materials.
